UP-PGH Department of Neurosciences is calling for applicants!
UP-PGH Department of Neurosciences is accepting applications for the following programs:
- Residency in Adult Neurology
- Residency in Neurosurgery
- Fellowship in Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease
- Fellowship in Electrodiagnostic Medicine
To all interested applicants, please take note of the important dates and requirements.
Application deadline for all is on 30 September 2021.
FOR RESIDENCY AND FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS
The application requirements are as follows:
Application form (2 copies) care of Office of the Deputy Director for Health Operations (ODDHO).
1 pc. 2×2 pictures (NOT more than 1 year old)
Copy of certification of class rank and general weighted average grade (GWAG) from the Office of the Dean or Office of the Registrar (MUST be original or certified true copy)
Photocopy of the following (1 copy each):
Transcript of records
M.D. Diploma
Board Rating*
Certificate of Internship
Certificate of Residency**
*2021 PLE passers may submit as soon as available
**if applying for post-residency fellowship
Please submit all requirements at the ODDHO.
Application fee must also be settled.
SPECIAL DATES FOR APPLICANTS FOR ADULT NEUROLOGY RESIDENCY
30 September 2021: application deadline and virtual qualifying exam
1 to 12 October 2021: pre-residency
13 October 2021: interview
