Let's Save the Brain is a non-profit organization that was established with the aim of assuring excellent medical care for indigent patients of the Department of Neurosciences, University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). These patients are suffering from conditions of the nervous system such as stroke, epilepsy, meningitis, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, congenital malformations, brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, that can be treated more adequately if not, in many cases, successfully with sufficient resources.

Let's Save the Brain takes pride in partnering with many of the best doctors in the country who have chosen to be of service to the marginalized Filipinos who need their expertise. These selfless and compassionate doctors in PGH do provide free services. However, funds are still needed for the other needs of the patients such as medicines, laboratory tests, procedures, such as brain imaging studies and medical equipment like life support systems, etc. Because of the Let's Save the Brain established the Patient Welfare Fund as its primary fundraising initiative. The Foundation seeks alliances and welcomes contributions from concerned and group to be able to support this undertaking.
