National Epilepsy Awareness Week 2017

Isulong ang Laban sa Epilepsy, Iangat ang Buhay!

Last September 4-8, 2017, the Department of Neurosciences hosted the celebrations for the 16th National Epilepsy Awareness Week. There was a slew of activities for everyone to participate in, from the stakeholders, patients and caregivers, to the healthcare providers. Patients and caregivers were also invited to join the focused group discussions concerning feasibility of employment as a person with epilepsy (PWE) and concepts of caregivers towards their role in the PWE's lives. Winners of the Selfielepsy Online Photo Contest were also announced and awarded their prizes.
